WONDERFUL!! and GREAT taste!!,

Well, having grown up in a household where my Nonna Lucia made ALL her pasta from scratch, I consider myself a pasta epicure. There was definitely a difference between Nonna's pasta and anything coming off the shelves, and the Durhum wheat pasta definitely has a different taste then a multi-grain pasta has.
So when I tried Barilla Plus I was surprised at how "full" it tasted -- there were definite "nuances" of flavor contributed by the different grains and flours that make up this pasta -- I suppose saying that it's a healthy way to enjoy pasta might sound demeaining to my also-loved durhum wheat pasta, but in no way is it meant to cast aspersions on my "other" pasta-eating habits. Barilla Plus goes well with any kind of sauce you might want to put on it -- white sauce? great!! Tomato sauce? Wonderful! Butter and Permesan only -- sure, go ahead!! Aglio e Olio? Fine!! Mangia Mangia, la Bella Barilla!!

Unlike many other "healthy" pastas (whole grain, whole wheat, etc.), Barilla's Plus actually tastes good when cooked. Personally, I can't tell much of a difference between this and regular pasta.

This is great pasta from Barilla,it has a good texture(a little firmer than regular pasta) and tastes good, and it's better for ya tahn tradtional pasta! It's higher price is kind of a drag, but I sometimes have a coupon for it and that always helps! I really like this Barilla Plus Penne Pasta!!!

In an attempt to be healthy I've tried every brand of high fiber pasta I could find. This is the ONLY one that is as good, and actually better, than regular pasta. It tastes great, the texture is good, it holds together nicely.
I"m hoping they come out with a mac and cheese box to compete with Kraft

I was born and raised in Italy so I'm awfully picky when it comes to pasta. Barilla Plus is great - not only does it have higher amounts of protein in fiber, the flavor difference is negligible. This is the standard pasta in our pantry. Too bad the price here is grossly inflated.

I love this product, and even prefer the texture to regular pasta. I wish it was available through amazon grocery and available for prime shipping. i would buy bulk.

This is great pasta -- without regard to the "healthy" aspect. It's got great flavor and great texture. It's great with a sauce or just plain with olive oil and a little parmesan. I hope Amazon's price comes more in line with other sellers. I usually pay about $1.50 a box in stores.
