I have been using this for over a year and I have no complaints about it, I have also used the Barlean's Organic High Lignan which is the Blue bottle and its great I love this product and would recommend it to anyone

I adore Barlean's organic products, and this one was no exception. Fast shipping, unsurpassed quality of product. They know what they're doing. Capsules are sizable, but not outrageous; they swallow easily with a spoon of yogurt or applesauce.
