Addictive!,

I first heard the Barn Owls on the Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor and was hooked. My favorite is the original piece, "Cloud Mountain Waltz". It is hauntingly beautiful. This CD will make anyone a lover of string bands. So far Barn Owls don't wander far from Iowa, but with the CD, they are sure to collect an audience begging for them to come out and play!

Heard the Barn Owls on Pandora Radio and immediately loved their music. Of all of the music that I own, this disc is the most down-to-earth and uplifting. Makes me want to reel.

Old time string band music . . . live! Best rendition of "The Johnson Boys" since David Lindley's. Enormously entertaining and infectious joy.
