Barney and the kids get a visit from Firefighter Frank and his dog, Chief, learn to use seat belts and to underscore the importance of wearing helmets in some activities. This cute episode with a serious theme is great for getting safety points across to young children. --Tom Keogh

If you're looking for a way to easily teach a preschooler some important safety rules, Barney has it down pat! This video uses fun songs and rhymes to make safety rules easy to remember, and your children won't even realize that their learning!
