These risers brought the handlebars of my 2002 VStar up and back a couple inches each way. The new position was just enough to eliminate the tension between my shoulder blades and in my neck during longer rides. They install pretty easily, but I did have a couple of small issues that I didn't find reference to anywhere else, so I'll list them here for those interested. Also, the only reason I gave this product 4 stars as opposed to 5 was the fact that my brake line is a little tighter than I would like, despite claims that you will not to swap your stock lines/cables with longer versions.
Being a pretty hands on guy, but with very limited experience working on motorcycles, there are a couple of things that anyone looking to put these on their bike (at least on a vstar, not sure about other motorcycles) should know. First, I'm not one to force things when I'm not sure how they come apart. That said, the stock risers were TIGHT in the triple tree, and I was not sure how to get them out. Even after removing the bolts from underneath, they wouldn't budge. The instructions just said "remove." I ended up putting the tops of the riser clamps back on, then twisting each one by inserting a ratchet handle wrapped in a towel through the clamps. That seemed to loosed them up and they did, ultimately, end up just pulling out. The second thing was removal of the factory wire guide under the triple tree. They recommend removal of this piece to free up more slack in your cables. In my case, it was definitely mandatory. Unfortunately, there seemed to be only two ways to get this done. Either disconnect all the cables and pull them through, or cut the metal to allow the wires to pull free without freeing one end. I opted to cut the metal with a dremmel tool, and it was precarious at best.

Bought 1st set for my '05 C50 Boulevard. I set more upright and natural. When I bought an '06 Boulevard for my son, this was the first part I purchased for him. He installed when I wasn't around. Recommend for any cruiser. Unbolt, Bolt on. No control or cable mod needed.

Great risers! Fit my 2009 Suzuki C50, had to route throttle cables, no big deal. While installing, hit some speed bumps, so read the manual first!!! you may go to manufacturer's website, too. Adds new meaning of "comfort" to my bike. Love them.

The risers fit perfectly, made a huge difference in how my back feels after a long ride! Posture makes all the difference when I'm able to sit properly up against my mustang seat backrest and not have to reach out for the bars! The cables on the clutch side are a little tight when I turn the bars to the right. But honestly you never turn the bars fully unless your parking or pushing!
Regardless 100% happy with the risers!

Fitted after putting a mustang seat on
Delivery fast and hassle free
Easy fit - about 1 hour - but was more due to me fiddling about than any real issues
Item looks good and quality of chrome seems okay
Worth the purchase

I bought these for my Husband. He has never installed anything on his bike by himself, but he did this time, and it was incredibly easy. (FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!) Now he is a VERY happy and comfortable husband!

My wife is only 5' tall. These risers brought the bars to her instead of her reaching for them. Great product, great quality, and easy install!

The best thing to make you on control.
I installed it on my Honda Shadow Aero ABS 2012 they really improved the control at low speed and the comfort on long rides.
The make is excellent and they mach my bike chrome work.
Few things to notice when installing it:
1- I had to remove all the wire guides and reroute the startup wires, the break hose, and the clutch wire.
2- based on the comfort angle of the handle bar I needed to replace my hydraulic hose for front breaks.
3- I might also change my clutch wire as it is still stretched even after re-routing.
the work above took 2-3 hours work
Regardless of the above I still rank it 5 stars. it really does the work.
