Delightful early music,

My husband and I love this CD! Other CDs we've heard of music by Praetorius include selections that are generally not very enjoyable--slow and monotonous. All the selections here are lively and a delight. Some of the instrumentaion is absolutely whimsical!

Beautiful music,

I borrowed a copy of this CD from the library, and I listened to it so much that I had to go out and buy a copy for myself. The music is beautiful. I especially like Handel's "Concerto for harp in B-flat Major". The sound quality is excellent, and the CD packaging is quite lovely as well. I would recommend this CD to those who think they might like this style of music and want an album with a diverse selection of pieces.
