Barrington Oboe (just say no!),

I looked at one of these oboe's and was surprised that these were called"oboes". I don't think the life expectancy of a Barrington to be more than a year. I tried to post my disappointment on woodwind-brasswind only to be shut down. I've never in my life saw such a horrible instrument (and I've been playing oboe's for approximately 20 years now, in community bands). |
