Six full-length model exams plus a diagnostic test are presented to prepare applicants for a variety of jobs in the U.S. Postal Service. Model tests are patterned after the U.S. Government's Test Battery 460/470. All questions are answered and explained. This manual's practice tests apply to the following job designations: postal clerks, city and rural mail carriers, mail handlers, mail processors, distribution machine clerks, flat sorting machine operators and mark-up clerks. The author also provides special drills designed to improve test-taking skills in memory, speed, and following oral directions, including drills in number series and address checking.

This is a very comprehensive book to practice for the Postal Exam. It is written in easy to understand terms and has pages filled with practice tests to prepare for THE test. I ordered an extra book for my daughter and son-in-law to work in.

This book will positively help anyone who wishes to pass the postal exam. I had 10 days to study before taking the exam. The tests inside this book were exactly what you need in order to pass and pass with a high score. My memory was the problem and the majority of the test is memory. The examples and routines given in this book to help improve your memory allowed me to score an 86.8 on my postal exam. I would recommend this book to anyone who must pass. Good Luck (By the way I am 51 years old, so you are never to old to learn).
