Barron's AP Statistics Flash Cards (Barron's: the Leader in Test Preparation)

My students each have their own set of flashcards, and they are reporting that the cards are enormously helpful. The set includes 400 questions - both multiple choice and free response. The questions mimick the content and level of difficulty on the actual AP Statistics exams. The back of each card contains the solution with complete explanation. Each card has a small hole punched in it, and the set comes with a key ring. The students have found the cards very mobile and they take them everywhere they go and utilize all their free moments to study for the exam! I feel that my students will be better prepared this year than ever before thanks to this new study tool!

Not for beginning statistics. For college level only. This product is not a learning aid as much as it is a reinforcement tool for what the student has already learned.

I just feel that it need to have some cards which contains the review of basic Stats language, but I failed to find one in the box. The ring is good, the card itself is elaborate. 320 multiple choice+80 free response.

I teach AP Statistics and found these to be very good questions, and LOTS of them! The downside from a teacher perspective is that on a small card there is not much you can do with them for a full class or group of students. As a student I think these would be a GREAT addition to any review for the exam, especially with the detailed solutions on the back.

The Barron's Flashcards have been a great help. From a student's perspective, I can truly say they have helped understand concepts which I may have found confusing. The flashcards are even separated by topic so if you are having difficulty with one specific topic, you can go directly to that topic. I encourage many students to use this helpful resource.

Excellent resource. I like how it's sectioned off in categories. Also, I like how the cards already have holes punched in them for the ring holder. The questions are of great quality.

This seems like the easiest way to study for the AP stats test. It explains why each answer is right (or wrong.) It should be used along with the book, so there is no conflicting commentary.
