Lots of nutmeg
I wasn't sure how many nuts were going to be in this package. I just wanted a few, but there are over a dozen nuts in this package. I have given many away to friends and family. There is a brief description about the use of the outer layer for mace and the inner kernel for the nutmeg. If you don't have a need for so much nutmeg, it makes a great gift for the other cooks...

SERIOUSLY PEOPLE ??? $7.00 S&H on a $3.00 product ????? 250% of the product price for SHIPPING ???? I have had heavy text books delivered for WAY less

There's really not a ton to say; they're whole nutmeg nuts. But they're at a darn good price, and Barry Farm has always shipped promptly and without any issue. What more can you ask for, really?
