I love shallots. Sadly, you cannot add them to everything while they're still fresh. Some things just don't work well with fresh shallots. But everything works well with dried shallots. I put some in a black pepper grinder to make a delicious spicy treat. I highly recommend this product for all your spicy needs.

I like to keep these on hand for when I'm making soup. They are good & so much easier than dicing shallots. Just toss them in. Also much better shelf life than fresh. I don't use shallots that often, and these are handy & always available.
