Great for breakfast
This grain is great for breakfast. With just a small amount of sugar sprinkled on top it's tasty and filling. It holds it shape (doesn't turn to mush) and it cooks fast. It has a pleasant, mild fragrance when you toast it. The product arrived in a timely fashion. The package contained just grain (no bugs, no miscellaneous...stuff). I've purchased bulk grain...

Terrible Teff
I have had Teff before and this particular brand is nearly tasteless except for the after taste of grass. I would never order any of this again.

This is so incredibly healthy and delicious. I mainly follow macrobiotics, which is how I found out this product exists in the first place, and this is just a great, different whole grain. It is good with simply a margarine spread (or butter if you like), a few drops of olive oil, or other oil, and a little salt, or with some apples chopped up and cooked in it with some maple syrup. You can make what you want of it.
