These golden beeswax bars are carefully hand poured using triple filtered beeswax collected from our very own apiary nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. We do not spray or use any type of pesticides anywhere near our bees and these bars match the standards of certified organic quality beeswax. This is some of the highest quality beeswax available anywhere.
These bars have a wonderful smell and texture and are perfect for candles, soap making, lip balms, skin care products, body lotions, cosmetics, arts & crafts and hundreds of other uses. We used to operate a local farm stand and these were hands our best selling item. Perfect for smaller jobs where you don't need a huge block of wax

Quality Value Depot is definitely an amazing seller! This is my 2nd time purchasing this product. Once from my dad's account and now from my account. This smells amazing and it's cool how it doesn't come in a huge block so it's much more convenient than the 1 lb ones.
If you're looking for natural lip balm, here is a great recipe for a small container:
8 tsp sweet almond oil
2 tsp beeswax
1 tsp honey
The sweet almond oil, as well as the beeswax, will soften your lips and keep them moisturized and the honey will make it smell sweet and will also help preserve the balm. Honey is too thick for bacteria to grow in so it is a great natural preservative.
If you're looking to make lip stick with this, here is another great recipe by percentage of weight (not organic):
Beeswax: 13%
Shea Butter 5%
Castor oil 43%
Jojoba oil 21%
Vitamin E Oil 3%
Fractionated Coconut: 8%
Carnauba Wax: 7%
For the color, add iron oxides for the base color and mica pigments for some glitter and shine. If you want a matte color, using only iron oxides. Add some titanium to lighten the color or black iron oxides to darken the color. Hope I helped. :)

This wax is spectacular. I have a larger chunck of organic wax that is nothing like this. This smells very clearly of honey. the oz bars make handling much easier. and if not for the S/H, this product would be a total steal. I love this product. BTW I use it to make lip gloss/balm, and put it in lotions too. divine. worth it. get it!

I have a metal bell on my shed for decoration but it kept rusting, so I heated up the bell in my oven, grated the little beeswax bar and sprinkled the wax on the hot bell. When it melted, I rubbed the melted wax all over the metal and let it cool. The bell hasn't had any new rust all summer and I'm going to use this trick on other metal things outside, too. You can use a heat gun or blow dryer to heat up metal instead, if putting the item in your oven is too impractical. I think it works better than putting grease on outdoor stuff and it smells a whole lot better, too.
