adjusting knob is slightly loose, need to turn slightly before the lens actually moves. Not sure whether my item is faulty, but still can be used.

Listen I'm not the first person to complain the focusing adjustment has lots of play in it. It's really aggravating to get it in focus. They look nice but perform awful. The left eye on the one I got was unable to be fully focused. I'm not sure if that was just my set. I sent them back.

The binoculars are great. A little bit larger thatn some of the compact ones but still small and light enough to take most any where. Easy to focus, clear images and the ruby coating really works well in low light. The moon is almost too bright to look at through these guys. My only complaint is that the carrying case strap on the one I received has already pulled loose from the stiching. Very pleased with this product.
