Looking for a space saving way to keep you paper towel handy but off the kitchen counter? The Bartelt Paper Towel Holder mounts under your cabinets for easy access and easy use. The paper towel is loaded in on either end through the circlar end and is locked in. The papertowel hands horizonatally making it easy to wrip a piece off. Made of hardwood and easily cleaned with a damp towel. Hardware in included.

But doesn't work well without help, the spring (too weak) and short dowel don't keep a roll in place. I added a short 3/4" piece of PVC and placed it over the dowel, without it, it's worthless as the roll will fall off when pulled.

The current picture looks like a 4-arm wall-mounted towel rack, but the product is a wall-mounted paper towel roll holder. I'm sure the product is fine as a paper towel roll holder, but it is absolutely not what is pictured.
