I`ve played Baseball Umpired Baseball Managed and Coached Baseball since I was 5 years old--These videos made me feel how little I knew about the game.There are no pros here telling you how to play,Marty is like you and I he looks like our neighbor who really knows what he`s talking about. His kids that do the drills look like our kids we teach.I`ve learned a lot from these videos and use these over and over with my team.If you see any instructional videos with Marty Schupak name on it buy it you and your team will benifit from it greatly!!!

This review is written by me and my 8 year old son who watched this video with me. It teaches you how to focus on small steps that synergistically work together to form overall skill set improvement. It shows practical things you can do with a team AND things a Dad can do in the backyard with his son or daughter. We went outside and applied several things to our backyard practice immediately.

My son liked the exercise that shows how to develop confidence in catching flyballs using a squishy baseball so that the fear of getting injured is removed. Skill is developed.

Also the emphasis on how to develop bunting habits was really inspiring.

One exercise on helping a pitcher develop balance is a great idea. we had not seen any of these in our team or other practices.

My son liked the exercise when the kids tried to hit baseball caps on the ground in front of their teammate. The goal of each drill is woven into the explanations. Lots of variety.

This DVD is useful for ages 7 and up.

Some of the drills provide for a friendly competition between two groups of boys on a team. The drill for retrieving an outfield ball, relaying it to an infielder and throwing it home is the best one I've seen on that technique.

I wish this video had more tips for pitching. They have a new video just for that purpose so I guess this doesn't cover that part of the game in depth.

We borrowed this DVD from a teammate. We are going to buy a copy this winter and will try to use every drill on it.

We heartily recommend it to everyone.

Wish I had these last year!
Wonderful presentations that do not
bore the viewer. I question some of the pitching
info but many of the concepts do make sense.
My favorite is in BACKYARD BASEBALL DRILLS
and involves eggs & bunting.
You have to see it to believe it!

Four quality programs that are also included in his 8 DVD set.
The drills in this set can help make your practices more
enjoyable and meaningful.

After viewing these four as part of his "8 Pack" I can say that
the drills are useful and they work. An excellent baseball resource
for Little League coaches and parents!

In our area, tons of kids are leaving baseball for lacrosse.
Baseball coaches should study these four programs. The fun
offered with these drills along with teaching kids good skills,
will help keep players on the diamond.

The four programs in this DVD set give the viewer
a good batch of drills that will keep coaches and parents busy.
Weighing heavier on the drill side rather than techniques, the
content will help youth baseball coaches strive for better practices
resulting in improved play. Drills such as "The 3rd Base Drill" or
"The Relay Drill" were very popular with our squad of 10, 11 and 12 year olds.
Strategies shown in "1st & 3rd Situations" will give coaches options during games.
The "Bunt Man On Third" is fundamentally sound baseball that works well.
Having pitchers experience success early in the season with great tips as well as having them
pitch from the "Stretch" rather then the full "Wind-Up" worked with two of our
players. This set is very well done!
