This review is from: Basepaths: From the Minor Leagues to the Majors and Beyond (A revealing look at how the Pros view baseball as a career) (Hardcover)
THIS BOOK IS ABOUT A COLLECTION OF PLAYERS WHO ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT IN THE BIG LEAGUES TO PLAYERS WHO ARE RETIRED. IT COVERS CAREERS OF A COUPLE OF ROOKIES IN 1983 TO KNOWN PLAYERS LIKE BILL WHITE, CATFISH HUNTER AND FERGY JENKINS. THE INTERVIEWS ARE WELL DONE AND IS A NICE EASY READ. A NICE BOOK FOR THE CASUAL FAN.
