Here's a game I was addicted to. I used to play Bases Loaded all the time. A player can control any of 12 teams. You can play a single game or an entire season if you want. All stats can be saved by the system. There is a good mix of players on each team. Each team has their stars and their scrubs. Each team has areas of weakness and areas of strength. For example, one team might have a strong bullpen, but another team might have a weak bullpen. Some teams hit better than other teams. My favorite power hitters were Paste, Bay, and Fendy.
Paste? He's the best power hitter in the game, with 60 home runs. When he connects, it's usually long gone. The guy must be on 'roids. Overall, this is a great game for the Nintendo NES system. |
