This book , together with 'Lights on Yoga' and 'More Lights on Yoga' by the same author is the perfect read for anyone who is interested in practical guidelines, rather than mere filosophy. The book is eminently practical, but at the same time written with a power, depth and even beauty, which leaves the reader breathless and it propels one firmly onto the path of Yoga before even realizing it. It is written as answers to questions asked by disciples and as such is relatively simple to read.
