I've taught out of this book for several semesters, since the department requires it. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it. It's way too expensive, and I found the explanations given by the authors lack in some way or another. Students taking this course at any college usually won't receive any credit towards graduation. Having a text book that costs over $50 for such...

I've taught out of this book for several semesters, since the department requires it. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it. It's way too expensive, and I found the explanations given by the authors lack in some way or another. Students taking this course at any college usually won't receive any credit towards graduation. Having a text book that costs over $50 for such a class is simply criminal.

Pretty much what my title says. They give very good example and lessons just I feel that my knowledge is a bit above this book but I bought as a course requirement but not a bad choice by any means.

This book was in exellent shape when my daughter got it.It was not damaged in any way. And was exactly what she needed.The cost was also a good deal.We are looking foward to purchase more books this way. Don't trust the rating. The book came in pretty bad shape. Food stuck to the pages, coffee stains, ripped cover, writing throughout the book. The book had all its pages but it would have been nice to have a truthful rating of its condition. The book had a foul smell to it too.

I was very very unhappy with my order....not only did it take many weeks to arrive, it was damaged upon arrival. Next time the sender should use better wrapping material...will never buy from this person again.
