We hated this book
Of the 24 people enrolled in my ADN program, we all hated this book. It is very vague and not very helpful in clinical. There are not very many care plans in it or insight from a nurses point of view. You are better off with BOYD.

Of the 24 people enrolled in my ADN program, we all hated this book. It is very vague and not very helpful in clinical. There are not very many care plans in it or insight from a nurses point of view. You are better off with BOYD.

I bought Basic Concepts of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing for one of my last nursing classes and it is a decent book for the course. I am neutral towards the material, it seems like common sense to me personally.
