This book is in a head on collision with the applicable codes and basic engineering judgement, for instance question (10 on page 225) showing a 10 feet wall with 1 ft thickness and two feet wide footing with no reinforcement, what happened to concrete creep, shrinkage, fondation design and differential settlement, also on part c of the same question, the layout of the reinforcement with open transverse reinforcement and two adjacent bars with no ties which is not acceptable by ACI 318, if you don't have time to consider this major basic details use a cookbook, and this goes on and on.
but the book has some qood pictures though.

Purchased this book in used but good condition. I was in exactly that condition when it arrived. Actually I would call it very good but used, I am very pleased with the quality of the book and the accuracy of the description from the seller. And I ordered fast shipping and I had it in 3 days. I'm very pleased with that too.

Thank you
