The uniqueness of Qi Dao Home Study Course is in its emphasis on the foundational principles of Qigong rather than on the details of a particular form. This course is definitely not another exercise book. It is a deep exploration into the nature of Being as revealed through movement and energy awareness. Exploring this course will help you focus on the process rather than the end results and build the foundation for understanding the importance of movement in shaping the way you are. --Mark Johnson, founder of the National Qigong Association, Producer of Tai Chi for Seniors
The author s attention to detail and nuance is at its best when elucidating the distinction between intention and attention. When these qualities are applied to the topic of Qigong, his distinction between inner essence and doing forms makes that alone worth reading this book. Do not miss this rare opportunity to share the sacred heritage of this fascinating Qi Dao lineage holder. His writing has been in the making for centuries! --Bernard Seif, Ed.D., DNM, SMC, Psychologist, Doctor of Natural Medicine and Chinese Medicine, Author of Daytime Prayer
Lama Tantrapa is a master of energy arts and not in the sense of some vague, metaphysical vibe, but the kind of energy studied by quantum physicists and Qigong masters. Through self-observation, you too may experience profound deepening of your energy awareness, enhancing intuitive abilities and spontaneous self-healing, which are par for the course on this path of self-realization. You may also find yourself reading peoples thoughts, attitudes and beliefs expressed through their posture, stance and culture of movement when you begin to apply the ingenious concepts from The Art of Being in the Flow to the matrix of the physical body. Ultimately, Lama Tantrapa teaches how to awaken from self-imposed limitations by merging with the universal power of Oneness. --Julia Griffin, writer and intuitive healer
