This is the best book for the beginning electrical engineer or an embedded programmer trying to understand what is going on.It is clearly written and covers all of they important aspects. It is better than a book I recently paid for on this subject.

If you are just starting out in electronics or need refreshing . THIS IS THE BOOK . Very easy to understand . Need to get ready for an basic electronic exam . THIS IS THE BOOK . great book , you will love it . Everything IS EXPLAINED IN HUMAN TERMS not complicated engineer terms . It is a must own for electronic technicians .

This may not be the newest book on digital electronics, but it is still relevant for learning the fundamentals. Evans is a very skilled teacher and makes extensive use of diagrams and illustrations to bring the subject matter to life. I'm a software developer and recently took an interest in learning more about electronics, digital circuits, and low-level programming. The past week, I've found I can hardly put this book down; it's so interesting I'm always looking forward to the next topic.
