Format: Hardcover
If you are teaching a drama class for beginners, this book is a user-friendly, fun way to get them started. I also bought the teachers edition and resource binder, and it is 100 % worth every penny. All the handouts are there for you to duplicate, and the assignments are a combination of reading, written work, and hands-on, full body implementations of everything the students learn. I use it in both my high school and junior high classes, and supplement it with Suzi Zimmerman's book "Introduction to Theatre Arts." I highly recommend it, especially to teachers who are just getting their feet wet, or veteran teachers who have students who are just getting their feet wet or need a good review.
