Highly informative. A must read for any aviator at any level of experience. The author breaks down the somewhat confusing dialogue of such topics as hypoxia and hearing and vision factors into a simplified and informative approach.

Basic primer for aviation physiology. Great general reference for human physical issues and conditions related to aviation. I felt better about several issues and more informed about others after reading this book. Great perspective.

Very helpful and informational. Helps you understand the effects of flight on the body. If you are studying aviation or employed by any aviation company, this is a must read for personal information and competence in the aviation field.
