About the Author

BOB NADLER combines the unusual skills needed to produce this uniquely complete yet easy-to-understand book. He operated in three photographic areas with complete ease: teaching at New York's New School; writing, for numerous publications; and taking pictures as a freelance photographer. Mr. Nadler was the Technical Editor of Camera 35, a magazine that carried his well-known column "F/22" for many years. He wrote “The Color Darkroom” column which appeared monthly in Popular Photography, and feature articles for 35MM Photography, Photography How-To Guide, Color Photography, Modern Photography, and many others. He has sold his photographs to Life magazine and had one-man shows at the Darkroom Gallery in New York and at Drew University. His book, The Color Printing Manual, was acclaimed as the definitive work on color printing.
