A Basic Introduction to Y2K: How the Year 2000 Computer Crisis Affects YOU [Mass Market Paperback]

Jonathan Kolber (Author)

Out of Print--Limited Availability.

Book Description

January 5, 1999
Finally! A quick read that explains, in simple, non-technical language, the significance and potential impact of Y2K on the average person's daily life. Unlike other books on this subject, the authors do not trumpet their own opinions. Instead, they rely on voices of authority from government, business, and technology to persuade the reader. Key points are emphasized with professionally illustrated cartoons. An ideal gift for a loved one, friend or neighbor who remains skeptical or expects "them" to fix it!

Editorial Reviews

Review

"A great book for helping people understand the seriousness of the Year 2000 Problem." -- John Steiner & Margo King Two founders of the Boulder Y2K Preparedness Group

"The first step in dealing with something is to realize it exists. If we feel shaken after reading this book, maybe that's because it is time to wake up. A stimulating read on a vital topic." -- Tom Atlee, Founder Co-Intelligence Institute
