Format: Hardcover
Using Robbins Pathology, 5th Edition, I came to the conclusion that it is nice to know so much about the subject, but it can be summarized in a much smaller format. At the AMC in Amsterdam (NL) we changed the material three times in the last three years, starting with Hoedemaeker, then changing to Robbins. This book is three times as big as the first one and costs almost twenty dollars more. With the last change we came to Underwood. Cheaper and easier to use, I recommend this book to all medical students over Robbins. The latest edition however, may have changed a lot . I therefore recommend everyone using the fifth edition to change and update! SMS
