After purchasing quite a bit of her tapes, I found that this one calls for a step. If you don't have one, you can still use it and do her walk exercises as you are following the tape. I love all her tapes, and this one you can use to alternate with her other ones. To prevent any kind of boredom or stop you from exercising, I highly recommend purchasing as many of her tapes as possible. I personally think she is the best. I am so glad I found her!

I am a total klutz, and I can follow this tape, so I'll bet you can too! Simpler even than Leslie's Two Mile Walk, but it still makes you sweat. The only reason I'm giving this four instead of five stars is that I wish it was about 5 minutes longer.

I am a great fan of Leslie's walking videos. This video is just as easy to learn and gives you a great workout. If you are looking for something different to do, this is the video for you!
