A booklet of explanation on fundamentals of yoga plus an over-sized deck of color coded cards containing graphic representaion of yoga postures with instructions on flip side of cards. Different postures are grouped and identified by assigned colors to achieve benefits in selected areas of the anatomy. Mental and spiritual as well as physical attributes to be derived from each exercise are emphasized. Select one card from each color and the user designs his own plan for yoga exercise. Contains execellent advice on execution including proper breathing and relaxation techniques. Instructions are well written, easy to understand and follow. Undoubtedly the best yoga publication on the market without an overabundance of mystical verbage, allusions and distractions.
