Rough around the edges but worth purchasing,

This CD is a 40 minute yoga session from a brief introduction thru final relaxation. The postures are basic and the instructions are easy to understand and follow. The narrator, Mark Becker, has a calming, relaxing voice that is ideal for a yoga CD. The content is good but quality of the recording itself isn't that great. The booklet is somewhat of a disappointment as the pictures are black and white and very small. Regardless, if there were other yoga CD's by Serenity, I would most likely purchase them.

This is a very relaxing and pleasant instructional cd. I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning yoga or just looking for a yoga routine to follow.
