Basically Tess was released in 2008 and she is a part of the Dick Tracy debut collection! Basically Tess has brown hair worn up and wears a teddy trimmed in lace. She comes complete with matching molded shoes. She has the desirable and fully articulated and poseable BW (bend wrist) body. Basically Tess is a 16" fashion doll. This doll can wear all Tyler Wentworth, Alice in Wonderland, Wizard of Oz, and Brenda Starr 16" doll clothing. Tonner Doll Company, Inc. is located in Hurley, New York, and they are world known for their beautiful dolls, designed by Robert Tonner and his great design team.
