This works awesome! Has great weight to it, and has an "expensive" look to it. Or rather, it doesn't look like it'll fall apart because it was cheaply put together. It looks like they actually cared and spent time making a product that works, lasts, and looks great. I'm not a chef or even an avid cook, so I don't know the finer details of things. But I would definitely recommend.
