In any training manual having the fundamentals up front for the novice user is a good sign they have their act together as a trainer. This has the fundamentals for novice shooters introduced early, often, and well. It came packaged well on time, and the seller was one I would feel safe in using again. The photo labeling holds up well with the diagram approach and it keeps focus on safety and fundamentals first. I like anything related to firearms to keep pushing safety concepts in storage, handling, and range use and to repeat as needed to get it in muscle memory. As Hickok45 says in his video's frequently on You Tube, the most important safety device is between your ears and my grandfather brought me up that way.
