This review is from: Basketball Training: For the Athlete, by the Athlete (Paperback)
This book is EXTREMELY basic. It was just written to make some sales. The workouts are a joke. For Dwight Howard they list three lifts he does. Are they kidding?! I only wish I could give ZERO stars.

Read the book first. Don't approach this book like you will choose you favorite person and play like them. This book has great information for the beginner to the more advanced. This won't help your jump shot. This is a cross training book. Good all around read, plus great detail on work out.
