Poor workmanship, June 28, 2011
I purchased this shoe about 2 years ago and about a year later the front of the sole detached. The shoe was initially a bit stiff but after wearing it in, but it looked very good and I was happy. I found it on Amazon some months later so I purchased it again. This time it lasted 3 weeks before the front part of the sole detached again. It looked like there was some glue binding that wasnt doing its job. This has never happened to me with any shoe before. I now own a pair of Ecco slip ons and now know what a quality shoe feels like. Thankfully Amazon processed my return expediently.

Great Shoes, September 24, 2011
I've been wearing Bass Alberta shoes for many years now and though they are hard to find in stores I love that I can depend on [...] to carry them. The order process and delivery were fast and easy. My feet are wider than normal and these shoes have always been extremely comfortable. I highly recommend them.
