This album is a superb collection of music that makes you want to dance. I first heard Baby Anne at the Abyss (nightclub) in Orlando in 1993. She has always played the best old-school funky breaks (even before the music was called that). This collection of techno music is very characteristic of the Tampa/Orlando/Florida bass breakbeat sound.

Plain and simple,if you like Florida Breaks it doesnt get any better than this.This is the 1st breaks cd I ever heard and it will always remain my favorite.Why cant dj's put out dance albums like this anymore?This album is one for the car and the dancefloor,it's got enough bass to satisfy every listener.If your into dance music go get this album.

I have to say that this one of the 1st cd's I ever rolled to,so of course im gonna like it,because its good stuff,and brings back the good memories.This is the album that got me into funky breaks to begin with.Def.recommended for a true techno lover.

Please excuse the hater, straight from Orlando of course. You know how it is when somebody from your hometown gets big......some of the local haters can't stand it. Baby Anne is dope, period. Anyway, this album is great.

Saw this fly Florida girl live....SHE IS THE TRUE BASS QUEEN! She mixes beats you wouldn't even think of with an untouchable skill....Simply flawless......

This girl is the bomb. Her mixes and choice of music is top notch. If you like funky Florida breaks, get this album!

This CD is awesome! If you have a good system in your ride and you love boomin', than get your hands on this. If you don't, than still check it out. Her second full-length "Bass Queen in the Mix: 2" is no where close to the quality of this one. Buy this instead of it, and your cash will be well spent. Tracks 1,2,3,6,& 8 are loaded with slammin' bass! Most of the trax have cool, robotic-vocals which are totally sweet. This CD probably will sell for years.... if they don't run out. Don't let this one slide, because you will not be disappointed. If you liked my review than don't forget to vote.

most excellent breaks backed by hard bass. this cd will not let you down, all the tracks pack some serious punch. be careful if you listen to it while driving - you may swerve into oncoming traffic after getting an uncontrollable need to move your body...
