A must have in every music lover's collection, October 20, 2007

Bassboosa is by far my favorite band and as such was estatic when they released their debut album. It was a long time coming for their biggest fans. After hearing their cover of Wicked Game, I was taken with them. They are original and refreshing, especially in a time when music has become dull. The best thing about Bassboosa is that they are so diverse. Their music touches the souls of all listeners, whether you enjoy pop, punk, goth, ambient...and so on, you will love this album. I highly recommend everyone pick one up today. It's romantic and chill and as said before haunting.

beautiful sound!, August 19, 2007

This is definitely one of my favorites. After meeting in a London record store, these two formed Bassboosa, and ultimately a fantastic album and sound. Their version of "Wicked Game" is gorgeous, and "Succumb" is haunting with a fabulous electronic twist. Hopefully they will find success here in the USA, and people will discover the amazing sound their talents have produced! I highly recommend giving this group a listen!
