After looking at lots of cribs in stores I decided I wanted a natural pine colored one... which was hard to find. Hence... Amazon. I ordered this and it looks awful. The wood has dark black areas where it wasn't properly stained and it looks like the wood has weathered in the rain. This is especially true on the backboard - the most visible part - and around the holes where the vertical pieces go in. It just doesn't look like the nice, country-style crib shown online. I contacted Bassettbaby to see if they could replace it or do anything about it and they said no. The crib is also very light even though it isn't designed to be a portable crib. When I lift and lower the moving side, I pick up the entire crib with one hand! It just feels cheap. Unfortunately, the box it arrived in was so damaged that I really can't re-pack it and send it back.I should have looked at one of these in a store. It really doesn't compare with the quality of cribs I was seeing at BuyBuyBaby. That said, this was under $300 and those were about $600. Maybe you get what you pay for!

Nice, sturdy crib, easy to assemble. Some blemishes in the railing and slats, but all around a nice crib.

I found this crib online and did some research and amazon had it for the lowest price. I hadnt seen the crib in person so I was a little skeptical. I received it a couple days after ordering. It was very easy to put together. It looks great!! I am very pleased with the over all look and the fact that it grows with my baby. The crib matches perfect with the rest of my pine colored furniture. The overall quality of the crib is great! I definitely recommend this!

We bought this crib without seeing it in stores so I was a little nervous that I made my choice based on a picture. I was very impressed when we received the crib! It looked just like the picture and was delivered quickly and without any damage done to the product. We purchased the crib in Cherry and it is a very nice, deep color. My husband found it easy to assemble yet sturdy and strong.

Beautiful crib!! Bought this in Pine and it look great. Can't beat the price for the excellent quality either!

I love the look of the crib but it did come with a crack in the headboard! :-(
