The ultimate system administrators handbook
Anyone that has ever worked on the Helpdesk or in the computer field in general should buy this book. It brings to life all of the things you wished you could do and wished you could say to users but never did.

One note, but very funny *on* that one note
I remember the columns fondly, so I was really looking forward to the book. My problem is that I found I could *not* read it at one sitting and still find it funny precisely because it is essentially the same joke over and over. But if you read it a chapter (column) at a time, you can enjoy the whole book.

a very funny book (depending on your sense of humor) BOFH had laughing most of the time. most of the material can be found on the register however the book is definately a good buy.
