This is a great chair. It was easy to assemble and quite comfortable with the lumbar support. I was initially leery of the detached arms, having preferred the connected arms in previous chairs, but now I find them much more adjustable and comfortable. The mesh back is great for air circulation to my back which tends to heat up in solid back chairs. Price seemed a little steep but the product feels sturdy enough to last a good long time to re coop the cost.

Chair came next day and was easy to put together. Lots of ways to adjust and customize to your body size. Wish the lumbar was adjustable in/out instead of just up/down. Other than that its comfy and very nice.

Great, especially for the price. You have to assemble it yourself, which is easy. Nicely constructed and upholstered. I gave i 4-stars only due to a lack of a separate forward tilt feature (which I knew about before I bought it)

I received this chair the day after I ordered it and it was very easy to put together. It came with everything needed to assemble it and it was simple with straightforward instructions. It took me about 20 minutes from opening the box to putting it in front of my desk

I love it! Very comfortable. The seat is nicely padded but not lumpy or hard. All of the adjustments work well. I like being able to raise and lower the arms and lean back when I'm spending way too many hours on the phone working out of my home office. The chair rolls easily on my berber carpet, too. My last chair was all fabric, which was always covered in dog and cat fur despite my best efforts to keep them away from it. I think most of it came from my clothes but got embedded in the fabric and was impossible to get rid of even with lots of vaccuming. The mesh/leather combo on this chair is perfect for pet owners. Easy to keep fur free! All in all, I'm very happy with this chair and would definitely recommend it.

I do like the chair with the exception I wish the padding was more comfortable. The chair was easy to assemble. This chair is great for the price.

Update: The hydraulic function has stopped working and the chair now only sits in the lowest position. After a few months of use I get the feeling of leaning forward due to angle of bottom cushion. Have to drop the stars from the initial 4 down to 2.

I'm 6'7 and I never thought I would find a chair that comfortable given my size. The seat isn't too mushy and I love the back support. I've tried many chair but and I guess I was a little unfair due to my size with the other ones, but if you're big man like me this is the of chair you want for sure.

Overall this is a great chair and I love sitting in it at my desk. I even ended up buying a second one for my home office. However, I took two stars off for a reason. First: its a little pricey. The quality of the chair is good but I'm not convinced I got the most bang for my buck. Second: This chair is made for big people. If you are shorter than six foot tall then this isn't the chair for you. Luckily I make that height requirement but I still wish the chair could be lowered just a few inches more.

I love my chair. A great alternative to the $$$$ Aeron, and your legs don't fall asleep.
