Best bath additive ever!
I work out 6 times a week and just finished a half marathon as well, this stuff works to soothe sore muscles from weightlifting and tight muscles from running! The liquid version doesnt leave a residue in the tub like the powdered version does, so it's extra nice!

Not bad, but...
Not so sure about this stuff. I thought it would be concentrated, but it's really not. Plus it smells somewhat different than the powder form that I like. Smells more like spearmint, which isn't quite right to me. I like the piney smell of the salts.
