great book for anyone into bape and nigos genius empire. there is some writing but more pics. the pics are very interesting. some are from past catalogs but others are of old items. the book covers alot on the 15 year history of bape. it comes in 1 of the 3 abc camos: blue, pink and green. youre not sure which one youll get. its a surprise

This book is great. Ton of inspirational images from BAPE and NIGO's collaboration process with musicians (Pharrell), artists (KAWS), and interior designers (Katayama). However, BAPE was recently sold to a Chinese fashion group. If you really want to understand what is going on in this book check out Hazuma's Otaku: Japan's Database Animals and keep your eyes peeled on the BAPE story.

I took off a star because the book has no page numbers thus it is hard to find and reference some of the text.

If you like A Bathing Ape or are interested in Japanese clothing history or just the business of fashion and branding, this book is great very colorful,very detailed. Just a really cool book.

A great look book and overview of Nigo's A Bathing Ape empire. Recommended for any Bape fan.

Nigo took his A Bathing Ape clothing line and made it into a million-dollar empire. Whether it's fashion, advertising, or even music everything his touches turns to gold. He even has a restaurant called BAPE Cafe and there's BAPE Wrestling! Who knew!
