5.0 out of 5 stars My Boys Love It
When grades come out and my boys (twin 8 year olds) make "A" or "A/B" honor roll I reward them with a new toy. This time they wanted the Batman Stretch Attack.

It came well packaged. Looks like it just walked out of the store. But unlike most toys, it was easily removed from it's packaging.

3.0 out of 5 stars Short lived fun
Got this for my son because he loves batman and plastic man is his favorite side kick other than blue beetle. The toy itself was fun to him and he enjoyed it but he goes through action figures very quickly. The particular batman that comes with this set seems very flimsy. The cape is plastic and the quality overall is much lower than if you buy the toy separate. The main...

The characters are well made and plastic man is, for being rubbery, is very durable.

My one son's only complaint is that on the box plastic man has long sleeves, but the toy itself has short.

I did notice the one in this picture comes with a DVD, while the actual product does not.

Overall, a durable toy guaranteed to be around for ages (which could prove to be a bad thing if you're the one having to pick them up).

My son loves the plastic man and now it's his favorite super hero...he's lost plastic man twice so this is the third time buying it because he literally asks for it everyday. The play set is pricey especially because he only plays with the plastic man, he takes it everywhere.

The main attraction in my mind was the stretchy plastic man.

Unfortunately, the plastic man has paint on his goggles and hair that comes off almost immediately. Within 3 days he was completely peach colored with no traces of any other paint. Maybe I just got a lemon ? The figure is very stretchy and my son has lots of fun with it. The bad guy is sort of forgotten about since he isn't very articulate.

Over all my son enjoys it and it can be a good toy for the right price but keep in mind that there are many downsides to this item.

He specified what he wanted, I couldn't find it in the store, so amazon was the only place I found it and he was excited. As he opened the gift, he was jumping up and down because it was exactly what he asked for.

1.0 out of 5 stars Instant Garbage, January 8, 2011

I have never seen such a completely disposable piece of garbage. The Plastic Man figure loses all of it's paint within about three hours of playtime, and begins to rip after about another two hours. The Rubberneck figure's arms are not articulated at all, which means he's good for stretching the Plastic Man figure and not much else, really (see: Platic Man figure is garbage, above). The Batman figure is all right, but all in all, this is a terrible product and those responsible for it should be ashamed of themselves. Do not buy it.
