I ordered this item & I was very pleased that it arrived on time without any trouble. I was however disappointed about the size of this item. It looks alot bigger in the picture then in person. But other then that I thought they did a good job. I will be ordering from them again.

I never received this item. Initially I was quite pleased with the other items ordered. They came in a timely fashion, were packaged well. I waited a day to see if the last item was shipped seperately. When I did not receive it I e-mailed the seller----3 TIMES over a period of a week. The first e-mail just asking if it was shipped alone. No Response. The second E-mail since it would not make the date I needed it for to simply refund my money. I was not upset until a week later I had still not received a response. I e-mailed a third time requesting a refund. It's been a month. Still No Response. I will never order from this seller again. It is a shame how simply this could have been resolved & due to poor customer service they have lost a customer.
