Nice mini tumbler...
The 1:50 scale line of bat vehicles Mattel have released are fun and have a surprising amount of detail. The 1:50 version of the Dark Knight tumbler is no exception. The pics don't do the actual toy justice. Make for a nice desktop decoration in the home office.

It's a kids Hot Wheels toy turned overpriced collectible
I got this car for my 3 year old son and payed a premium for this slightly-larger-than-a-matchbox sized hot wheels car, complete with wobbely wheels. I figured this would be a durable, high-quality car, but no. I guess that's my fault for associating cost with quality. I got this car for my 3 year old son and payed a premium for this slightly-larger-than-a-matchbox sized hot wheels car, complete with wobbely wheels. I figured this would be a durable, high-quality car, but no. I guess that's my fault for associating cost with quality. Sure, it's detailed, but what you're actually paying for are the words "1:50 scale" (read "collectible"). This information isn't even included in the original packaging. I have to say I'm getting sick of collectors driving the market and raising the price by 2 to 5x's MSRP. I just wanted my son to have a cool Batmobile Tumbler.
