It has both. There is the car charger adapter and has standard U.S. wall outlet prongs that flip out for DC charging.
1) Will this safely charge the original battery that comes with the Sony RX1? 2) are the two batteries that come with this safe to use in the RX1? Jul 10, 2013
Yes, I have found no problem
The 2 batteries I got in the charger kit from Big Milkes for the sony RX100 camera are rated 2100 mah 3.6V? At 2100mah are they safe to use? Oct 18, 2012
As long as the battery voltage is the same, the contacts are in the same relative position, and the enclosure fits within its slot in the camera so that the contacts match those of the camera, there should be no problem. In general, the lower the capacity in milli-ampere-hours (mah), the less expensive the battery, and the more frequently it will have to be charged for the same amount of usage.
you can use this to charge the sony batteries too? or only the ones that it comes with? Feb 16, 2013
Yes, its works perfectly with the Sony battery too. In fact, I never even charge any of my batteries in the camera, I only use this charger.
