Had to return the product because of that.
Melissa A Smith
The battery itself fits in the battery compartment, but the plug on the end of the wire doesn't fit the socket in the baby monitor.
David & Jen
Very easy to to just plug the new battery in, it fit just fine.

Note that this battery type is sold as single, double, tripe, ... pack and it's always the 600mAh. We were tricked into believing the 700mAh information on the webpage could be correct because you get the double pack for the same or even less money than the single. The battery that arrived is labeled '600mA'. It makes sense as it has the same product number as the other ones. The webpage description needs to be corrected.

Great product! This was less than half the price of the replacement at Batteries plus. Graco also wanted an arm and a leg for their replacements and the monitors were out of warranty. Perfect fit!

My battery stopped keeping a charge (it's 4 years old!) So I ordered one of these and it works great.

Sounds like a lot of people were disappointed the connector head didnt fit their monitor. I had the same problem maybe because my monitor is about 4 years old. It was relatively easy to take the head off the old battery and put it on the new one.

I used a small screw driver (used for watches) to pry up the plastic tabs holding each of the wires in place. An awl would probably also work. If you have trouble getting the head on to the new battery, you could probably connect the wires directly to the prongs on unit. The wires ends are already fashioned to wrap around the prongs.

Delivery was slow; it took 3 weeks. The batteries themselves were the exact replacement for the originals. Just make sure you get the ones with the proper plug.

Our Graco monitor was only used for about 2 1/2 years and wasn't holding a charge anymore. We are expecting another child soon and didn't want to but a new monitor so we thought that we would try getting a battery replacement. The battery works great and saved us lots of $!!

I bought this in hopes it could replace the battery for my Graco true digital video monitor. Sadly it does not. These are AAA sized batteries whereas the monitor has AA. It's really my fault and the price was pretty great so I'm not too upset about being out $4.

To those looking to replace the parent unit battery for the Graco true digital monitor (2V01 VIB) they don't make replacement batteries anymore. I called Graco to order from them and was told they don't have them. :(

seriously - they are batteries. If your monitor is dying due to old batteries, just buy these. There isn't much else I can say.
