My Acer Aspire is 4 years old,at certain times,my touchpad stopped then my keyboard stopped functioning,all while plugged in. I discovered from articles,this is a common problem to Acer Aspire. This battery was quickly delivered,at the best price I found. Within minutes of installing,it was 100% functioning (previously battery read "2% and charging" but did not do so),no more problems. M.R. This battery gave my old Acer Aspire 3303LCi new life. My old battery got so bad it actually caused my touchpad and keyboard to stop functioning properly. I normally got an hour useage out of my laptop when my old battery was new, This new battery consistently gives me 2hrs after using it for a month. I hope it will keep it up!(UPDATE 11/25/11) ((CAUTIOIN!! This battery seems to be rated lower at 4800mAh compred to the 5200mAh battery I originally purchased in 2010)) My battery has done very well until recently. It now only lasts about 15 minutes. My choice is to repurchase this battery again because of price, performance and life. I believe I may have "induced" this recent problem by leaving it on charge more than required while at home on weekends. Until recently, I always unplugged my battery after it was fully charged. This battery has been used in "extreme" conditions on a regular basis. It has had to suffer sweltering (140f) and freezing (10f) temperatures while being carried in a work vehicle daily. This battery has proven itself well and deserves to be repurchased in my opinion.

This is a good battery with higher capacity (higher than the original battery) at a low price. It looses a little bit of its charge overnight compared the original, but that has not affected its performance very much. Considering the low price and the higher capacity I got, this is OK with me. Thus far I am very happy with this purchase.
